Since I'm still trying to get back on track after the Christmas holidays, I'm betting you might be struggling with one or two things yourself. Today's blog is going to demo one of the tools I use for my fat loss goals - meal prep.
The only problem is that I have so many things on my plate right now (tee-hee...pun totally intended) as I try to finish up my new online program BECOMING BULLETPROOF - LEVEL 1 that I just can't chunk out time to cook a gourmet, healthy meal to help me stay on my fat loss goals. But, I still need to take care of myself and stay true to what I need to feel confident in my life. There will always be busy times and things that threaten to steal priority away from your body goals, but that doesn't mean you have to give up. You just may have to adjust your approach a bit.
That's why I like to have a few recipes on hand that are no-muss-no-fuss. This meal prep came together in less than 10 minutes and doesn't require any cooking. Also, I didn't follow a recipe. I just used what I had in the pantry to create a dish following my FAT LOSS GAME PLAN requirements. So, feel free to get creative yourself and modify or add ingredients according to your liking.
