Need a new tasty recipe to stay on track with your fat loss goals? Try this simple but delicious Chicken Spinach Artichoke Skillet! It requires only 7 ingredients & comes together pretty quickly. Even though there is some wine involved, this recipe can still be used for the Clean Eating Phase of the FAT LOSS GAME PLAN (I won’t tell if you won’t😉).
As usual, you don't have to follow my exact "recipe." This is just a base to get you started with your experiment in the kitchen. So have fun and enjoy!
1.5 lbs. skinless boneless chicken breast
1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts (halved)
4 cloves garlic (chopped)
½ cup white wine
¼ cup sour cream (full-fat version, of course)
1 bunch spinach leaves
