SUMMER DETOX

The Fun Begins June 14-28

You can't be at your best-leanest-meanest-peak body 365 days out of the year. Your body needs time to recuperate. Rest. Heal.

Likewise, you can’t exercise extreme willpower over food 365 days a year either. If you constantly hold yourself to making the healthiest choices, food-prepping all your meals, obsessing over fat loss & eating pure, you’ll burn out mentally.

Your soul needs time to indulge. Resisting all the delicious temptations in life will leave you a dried-up husk. Sure, you might have the body you desire, but you'll be a miserable, unsatisfied shell of a person craving more out of life. (Sounds harsh, I know. But I can be this harsh because I've been there, done that...made that mistake and learned from it.)

I'm here to tell you there's another way. You don't need to be obsessed with dieting 24/7, 365-days-a-year. You just need the discipline once and a while when it really matters & a general awareness over your food choices. The key is in strategic planning -- allowing for indulgences and the enjoyment of life...and then having an easy-to-get-back-on-track plan afterwards. This is how my “Fuel the Fierceness” eating philosophy works. I’ve followed this for over a decade, and it's what allows me to stay confident in my body aesthetics without feeling tortured by a strict diet or food-guilt when I do indulge.

Allowing for fluctuations in your diet & body actually helps you get ahead in the long run (if you do it right). It helps rebuild your motivation and resets your hormonal tone to avoid adrenal fatigue & burnout. Then, when you are ready to get back on track, you can attack your goals with fresh vigor & enthusiasm.
