Roasted Salmon Kale & Cabbage


This is probably one of my favorite recipes ever! It is so easy to make, tastes delicious, and is super nourishing and satiating. It’s loaded with healthy fats to sustain you and fuel your active lifestyle. So it will both get you through long rehearsal days without wanting to gnaw your hand off and tame your snack-attack so you're not munching on little treats every five minutes (hello, quarantine problems;).

And, the best part is that this recipe is totally on point with the Clean Eating Phase of my FAT LOSS GAME PLAN! So you can make progress with your fat loss goals while enjoying a gourmet meal😉

As usual, no need to follow my exact "recipe." Just use this as a base to get you started with your experiment in the kitchen. Have fun and enjoy!


1.5 lbs. salmon (cut in 4 6-oz fillets)

1 bunch kale

½ head cabbage (savoy or green)

extra virgin olive oil (for drizzling)



½ cup extra virgin olive oil

zest from 1 large lemon (about 2 tsp)

juice from 1 large lemon (about 4 tbsp)

¼ chopped fresh dill (or 1 tsp dried dill)

1 heaping tsp dijon mustard

Makes about 4 servings (plus extra dressing for salads and such!)
